Common applications include furnace tubes, end caps, transfer carriers, thermocouple tubes, wafer carriers, end plates, baffles for oxidation, CVD (chemical vapor deposition) and diffusion processes, and bell housings for epitaxial reactors. Crucible from which monocrystalline silicon is pulled; bell jar for CVD; cleaning bath after etching and processing; pipe, boat and other clamps for heat treatment.
