The manufacturing method of toughened glass is different from that of ordinary glass. The ordinary glass is treated at a high temperature of 600-700 degrees, and the uniform cooling machine is like steel quenching. The uniform and dense compression on the glass surface is like putting an invisible steel armor on the glass, which greatly increases the glass strength. But after neon quenching, feeding glass can't be cut.
Because the internal stress of toughened glass has reached a balance, and the molecules are in a tight state, as long as one place destroys the whole balance state, the cylinder will collapse and the whole glass will collapse. Therefore, when making toughened glass, it is necessary to determine the size and shape before processing.
