Wear labor protection articles such as gloves, goggles, etc;

Close the upper and lower outlet valves;

Open vent and drain valves;

Steam belt from nearest service point;

Because the glass should be preheated by long-distance steam, the constructors should stand at a high place;

Blow in steam from the empty valve and remove it from the condensate drain valve;

Blow until it is clean.

In the hydrogenation unit, in view of the pressure resistance of the materials manufactured by the glass plate level gauge and the magnetic float level gauge, the glass plate level gauge is used for the low-pressure system part, and the magnetic float level gauge is often used for the high-pressure system part.
